| A review meeting will normally take place in school and involve the following people: |

| SEN Class Summary Sheet |
| (SENCO responsibility) |
| This sheet appears
at the front of each class SEN file and provide an at-a glance
summary of children with special needs in the class. It will be given to the class teacher at the beginning of each year and will be updated each time the files are collected in by the SENCO. This provides SEN information relating the pupils in the class. |
