| Q. Who do I contact if my
child is poorly and won't be coming into school? |
A. Please contact the school
office on 501777. |

about what my child is doing in class who should I contact? |
A. Firstly you should arrange to meet your childs
class teacher at a suitable time by sending in a letter. If
you are still unhappy then ring the school office to arrange a
meeting with Mrs Lacey, the school Headteacher. |

| Q. What do I need to do if I
want to take my child on holiday during term time? |
A. You must speak to the school office and ask for a
holiday form that must be signed by Mrs Lacey before you are allowed
legally to take your child on holiday. |

| Q. Who is responsible for my
child before and after the start and end of school? |
A. Your child is in your responsibility before
8.50am and after 3.05pm. Any incidents that happen out of school
times and off school premises are solely your responsiblity. |
